Jenya Fourman

Jenya has been an integral member of the KRP LLP tax team for more than a decade. With nearly 20 years of career tax expertise, she’s served clients in industries ranging from retail and consumer business to manufacturing and real estate.

Jenya is well versed in cross-border, merger and acquisition and restructuring transactions. She assists clients with the development and implementation of various estate and succession planning strategies for business transitions on death and/or sale. Jenya works closely with clients with respect to in-bound and out-bound business expansions and related compliance requirements, while acting as a liaison between clients and the Canada Revenue Agency on tax audits, objections and appeals.

Working directly with our Co-Managing Partner Armando Iannuzzi, Jenya is a mentor to our growing tax team. She’s dedicated to maintaining our strong client service experience and our collaborative workplace culture. “We’re a different kind of accounting firm,” she says. “We build strong relationships with our clients by getting to know the details of their businesses, their clients and even building bonds with their family members. When she’s not helping to address our clients’ tax needs, Jenya builds Lego as a tool to relax and loves to travel—specifically, to locales where she can enjoy mountains or oceans. In recent years, she took the trip-of-a-lifetime to the Maldives and looks forward to one day visiting all of her dream vacation destinations.
